Jen Maynard

Jen joined the Baylor family in 2009 as a freshman, earning her Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Community Health Education. In October 2024, she became the Operations Coordinator for the Graduate Professional Education Department, where she looks forward to using her passion and expertise to support the next generation of leaders.

With over a decade of experience in administrative support across various sectors, Jen has honed her skills in office management, effectively overseeing financial responsibilities, coordinating schedules, and streamlining processes. She excels in facilitating teamwork and fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment. Jen takes pride in being a supportive colleague, enhancing communication, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Outside of work, Jen is a proud mom to three wonderful girls who keep life vibrant and full of surprises. An avid plant enthusiast, she loves spending time outdoors, exploring nature with her chocolate lab and children. Whether in her professional life or at home, Jen strives to create harmony and promote a growth-minded attitude in everything she does.
