Senior Systems Analyst for Graduate Education
Joshua Martin joined Baylor University’s Graduate Professional Education team as a Senior Systems Analyst in late September 2024. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University (Springfield, MO) and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign Language & International Education from North Central University (Minneapolis, MN).
With over 17 years of experience in higher education, Joshua has held a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Admissions, Executive Director of Enrollment Management, Assistant Dean of Admissions, Dean of Admissions, and Director of Admissions Information Systems & Communications. He brings more than 8 years of specialized experience as a Slate Captain and system administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Enhancement & Maintenance: Collaborates with the Associate Director of Enrollment to assess and meet the evolving needs of Graduate Professional Education within the CRM system (Slate).
- Training & Support: Provides ongoing training and serves as a primary resource for internal users, empowering departments to maximize CRM effectiveness in achieving their goals.
- Integration & Data Management: Ensures the integrity of system data for Graduate Professional Education programs, supporting Data Analytics and upholding strict data governance protocols.
