Inaugural Winners
We are pleased to announce the inaugural winners of the Incubator Fund! This fiscal year, we were able to support the development of one graduate certificate and 4 masters programs championing innovative program development across Robbins College, Engineering, Social Work, and Education.
Initiative Goals
- Expand and diversify the University's portfolio of high-demand, online programs.
- Encourage and support curricular innovation in graduate professional education.
- Facilitate the renewal and revitalization of existing programs with promising potential for new delivery methods, structural components, and additional resources.
How Funding Works
The incubator program is designed to offer critical bridge funding to support the initial phases of program development.

Eligibility:
- Proposals must be for entirely new online/hybrid professional graduate programs or certificates not currently offered by the university.
- Programs must demonstrate alignment with the strategic goals outlined in the Baylor Strategic Plan 2024-2030
- Proposals must demonstrate strong projected enrollment and market demand in order to meet program sustainability goals.
