- Encourage and support curricular innovation in graduate professional education.
- Facilitate the renewal and revitalization of existing programs with promising potential for new delivery methods, structural components, and additional resources.

Financial InformationSubmission Process:
- Submit the form using the link below.
- If approved, GPE will provide assistance in developing a full proposal application.
- Full proposal is sent to the GPE Incubator Fund Faculty Review Committee for approval.
- If approved, GPE will work with the school/college to begin the program and provide financial support for up to three years after program launch.
Submission Deadline: November 1, 2024

Eligibility:
- Proposals must be for entirely new online programs or courses not currently offered by the university.
- Programs must demonstrably align with the strategic goals outlined in the Baylor Strategic Plan, 2024-2030.
- Proposals must demonstrate strong projected enrollment and market demand.
