Amy joined the Baylor family and Professional Education team in January of 2024 as a CRM Systems Analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Land and Resource Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Amy has over 23 years of experience working in the private and non-profit sectors, holding roles as Executive Assistant, Operations and Marketing Director, and Assistant Director of Operations. Amy leverages her technical prowess within collaborative teams to achieve strategic objectives in the CRM landscape. Driven by a deep passion for innovation, she consistently carves out an exceptional path in the constantly evolving landscape of higher education.
